Expert guidance & solutions
Business Support and Delivery
With periodic changes to the NHS, complicated legislation, and other UK regulations, the environment in which complementary, integrated and natural healthcare services operate is not always secure or clear. Knowing about, and reacting to this, has a huge impact on the success of your business, service or organisation. Objectives must be clear, targeted and achievable. Having worked with training providers, retailers, manufacturers, clinics and organisations, we will get to know you, your concerns and objectives, and produce solutions to help you achieve them.
Protecting your interests
Crisis and Reputation Management
Complementary, traditional and natural healthcare is a field which has more than its fair share of attacks from people and organisations wishing to see its demise. Organisations, businesses and therapists, either through their professional bodies or individually, regularly find themselves the subject of negative campaigns. These sceptics and detractors often use third party organisations, individuals or publications to do their damage. When your business or organisation finds itself in such a situation, we can help to protect your interests, ensure that your message gets across, and that your reputation is maintained.
Ensuring your messages are heard
Public Relations and Media
We work to enhance the image, status or reputation of your business or organisation through media coverage, positive branding and awareness raising. Our experience is in ensuring that you are seen by patients, customers, and potential clients in a way that best reflects your business and organisational objectives. Whether you are looking to develop your business, grow your organisation’s membership, or maintain your profile, we can develop solutions to help.
Keeping things on track
Project Management
If you need to ensure that your projects are run on time, but do not have the time or staff to do it in-house, we can take care of it. We will consult with you and agree objectives, liaise with third parties and others as required, and report back to you regularly to ensure that your projects run to deadline.
Producing quality literature
Advice when you need it
Editorial and Research
We can write editorial for publications on your behalf, or carry out the research to enable you to do it yourself. We are also experienced in taking on larger pieces of work such as newsletters, briefings, and booklets. If you wish, we can produce visual aids to accompany editorial, to ensure maximum verbal and visual engagement with your desired audience.
Oversight and Guidance
Perhaps you would like us to be there for you when you need us, and offer ongoing support. Someone for your organisation to discuss issues with, and identify solutions, provide media, political or subject specific advice. We share our knowledge and experience with you. No need to book us. We will be there when you need us.
ABOUT
The Integrated Healthcare Partnership (IHP) is a specialist healthcare consultancy that has the expertise to deal with all of your public and parliamentary affairs, media, and business support needs. We offer a range of services specially tailored to your needs, from ongoing support and advice to your business or organisation, to integrated campaigns to help achieve your business objectives, to event organisation and management, market access and reputation management.
We have extensive expertise in Government health policy, the NHS and commissioning, as well as an appreciation of the specific challenges and landscape in which the integrated and complementary healthcare field operates, including its regulations and legislation. We have the specialist knowledge of the field to meet your requirements, and can provide you with the support you need in a friendly and hands on, yet professional and non corporate way.
Our team of advisors, specialists and consultants have a diverse range of skills and knowledge which they use to provide a first class service.
We believe that our experience and knowledge of complementary, traditional and natural healthcare over 25 years makes us the leading experts in this field.
The IHP was founded by Matthew Williams to fill the gap in knowledge and expertise available to the complementary, traditional and natural healthcare sector. Other agencies did not appear to understand the unique needs of, and challenges in, this field, and so were not well-equipped to help organisations within it develop, protect their interests, and raise issues and awareness.
Matthew was a Political Chief of Staff and Senior Research Manager in Parliament for nearly 25 years, specialising in healthcare issues and health policy. At the same time, he ran the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Integrated Healthcare based at Westminster, which brought together organisations and stakeholders within the field of integrated healthcare, and took forward issues on their behalf.
He chairs the Integrated Healthcare Collaborative, which is the largest collaboration of key organisations in the field of complementary, traditional and natural healthcare anywhere in the world. It brings together the leading organisations in the field to work together on common areas of interest.
Matthew has a background in business and economics, and was a former Parliamentary candidate. He has led, and advised on, many campaigns, and raised key political health issues in Parliament and outside. He has worked with all the main organisations within integrated healthcare, and appreciates the special needs of the field. Through his various roles in Parliament, he has dealt with most government departments, agencies, as well as MPs and Peers from across the political spectrum.
The IHP uses a wide range of experts and advisers, from councillors, to commissioners, to creative professionals, to ensure that our clients receive a first class service. This breath of experience allows us to provide a specialised, knowledgeable, and tailored advice.
